Has anyone researched uber cheap prices on flower petals yet for petal cones yadda? Meeting with my florist early july, but if i know i can buy cheaper online or have other numbers to go by, that should help...

look into freeze dried petals. they are super cheap and if you have a bathtub very easy to use.

not to sound stupid, but do feeze dried disintegrate on their own? Talked to my banquet manager and if ceremony outdoors they prefer flower petals that will 'return to the earth' and not kill a duck....

It's hard to order fresh petals online because in order to keep them looking fresh, you have to keep them in the fridge (or a very cool place). There's also this spray that many florists use to keep flowers moist.
I was looking into that too, but I knew I wouldn't have enough fridge space.
Most florist don't really charge that much for petals....i'm using a LOT of petals for my tables, and I'm just getting charged based on how many roses need to be stripped....
