Fresh Flowers in the hair...

...how do they last, really???
We were thinking of doing this for our Flower Girl. I know if you use the right kind of flowers, they can last a while, but has anyone done this? Any pics??? TIA.

i am planning on doing this for my fg----when i was little, i was a fg and I had them in my hair, and i dont think there was a problem!

i am planning on using flowers in my own hair, actually. my roommate's wife, at their wedding 2 weeks ago, wore a few bouvardias in her hair (small white/cream flowers). she said that they were sort of dying by the end of the night, but that they still looked good.
