Freshwater Fish??

Are there any pretty freshwater fish that are not too expensive? Not beta because I would want to put at least two in one bowl.

try to add a bubble rock, otherwise it may be too little oxygen.... also, ask the petstore which species are ok in the bowl you will be using....

The only fish that really can survive without oxygen are beta and goldfish. True, you can't put more than one male beta (the prettier ones) in a tank together. There are many species of goldfish that you might wanna look into varying away from the typical. You should def. go to an aquarium store and see their selection because little fish can be surprisingly expensive and I don't know your price range and to see the selection because there are not too many freshwater fish that are colorful. If you're around one of the Aquarium Adventure try going here. I used to have a freshwater tank but now have a saltwater (harder to care for but the fish are prettier lol). Its strickly fish and these people know what they are talking about.
