*~Friday May 6th QOTD~*

HAPPY FRIDAY GIRLS :) Hope everyone has a great last day of work and a great kickoff to the weekend!!

How helpful has FH been with helping you plan the wedding? Besides him who has been most helpful to you?

My fh has actually been VERY helpful. He went with me to like 30 rhs, 5 djs, 5 photographers, we brainstormed every possible date and time for the wedding, wrote and rewrote the guest list together. Hopefully this continues. Besides him, my roommate has been very hepful..she lives out of state, but she loves weddings so i run ideas by her all the time..shes a bm. My mom has recently been very helpful with dress shopping. She is also going to help me do a lot of DIY things because she is very creative.


To end todays Qotd..what is everyones weekend plans?
Tonight: nails done and going to a Tastefully simple party for someone at work.
Tomorrow: FH grandparents anniversary dinner
Sunday: taking mom out for dinner

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

FH has been pretty helpful with negotiating and making phone calls to schedule appts. I tell him who I want to meet with and he makes the call. He's been slightly frustrating with the BP (we disagreed on some people) but all is well now.


Besides FH, my BFF's have all been really helpful. I'd come home and run quotes and info by then and they would give me feedback. Some have even come to showcases with me.

weekend:
Tonight: a wake for my friends grandpa
Tomorrow: test prep academy (last day!), & a friends shower
Sunday: out to lunch with my cousins and their kids

FH has been perfect with the wedding planning. He is letting me do everything and puts in his 2 cents every now & then. He wants me to do whatever I want so he basically stays out of the planning. I wouldn't do anything without approval from him.



Weekend plans:
tonight: celebrating my brothers 30th birthday
Saturday: Ducks game with my family
Sunday: seeing my mom for Mother's Day!

FH has been a PITA.

Everything we discuss in person, he 'yes' me but when I bring it up in front of people, he like oh we are still discussing LOL
UGHHHH!!!

Weekend Plans:

Tonight BON JOVI Concert with FH and few friends

Saturday and Sunday, I have to prep for a medical procedure on Monday, so no food for me and I will probably be sleeping all day just to not think about food.

FH by far has beent he most helpful ~ going to appointments, giving me input, etc. Next idk really, we have basically been doing everything ourselves (in a positive way).

As far as my weekend:
Tonight - bbsitting
Sat - FH is taking me out for my bday (which is sun but obvi mothers day)
Sun - Dinner w/ mom for mothers day

FH has had some involvement with the wedding so far. His schedule is very difficult so when I was checking out RH's, I would go first and if I loved it bring him back.

I have also been taking him to see the dj's due to his specific style of music and his great judge of character (he doesn't like mc's that are too in your face) and he helped pick out our photographer! I'm actually really glad he came to do that cause he had friends who suggested someone who didn't have the same style I wanted and when he saw our photographers work, he completely understood why we chose him

Other than my FH, my mother has been really helpful by coming with me places and helping to schedule appointments. My schoolmate and now co-worker has also been a huge help in the planning process. She keeps me on schedule with everything!

So happy to have the help. I'd be lost without them

As far as plans tonight, I am having dinner with my MH who happens to be a massage therapist. I am making dinner and she is giving me a massage. Think that works out quite well don't you think?

Fh has been pretty helpful- he said at the begining 'this is all you- you can do all the planning' but then when I actually started looking at RHs, flowers, etc he had a comment about everything- and some of his ideas werent all that bad- so it worked out. Other than him, one of my BMs- I felt sooo clueless about all things wedding & now I feel so comfortable and its like she my wedding planner--love her!


This weekend- tonight=head back to long island
tomorrow- make payment at JT, see Something Blue! & no plans for sunday! Happy Friday!

FH has been great through planning. He comes to all appointments I ask him to come to, gives me his opinion but ultimately lets me make the decisions - My mom has also been really great and helpful too!

Weekend plans:
Tonight - Nothing really. Prob catch up on my DVR
Tomorrow - Mothers day shopping and baking
Sunday - Brunch w/ my step mom and then shopping and dinner with my mom

LOL we call FH groomzilla. He is VERY involved, which is nice since I am not from here, to have his input on different vendors, he has told me about some that I would of never known about.

When we talk about my dress, he gets annoyed because he wants to know what it is.....

At first I thought it was going to drive me nuts that he wanted to be involved but now I am so glad, if I am not sure about something I can go to him and he will help me make the decision, instead of the 'Its up to you', or 'I don't care' lines....makes things easier I think....


Weekend plans:
FH fire departments installation dinner tonight, he is getting sworn in as an officer(and its at our RH, so we can get everyones opinions on the food)

Saturday- House chores and playing with the new puppy, possibly recovering from tonight....

Sunday- going to FSIL for Mothers Day

FH has actually been very helpful!! He comes with me to all meetings and everything no problem no questions asked!!

Weekend plans:

Tongiht: going to my sisters 2nd dress fitting (shes getting married in 20 days AHHH!!)
Tomorrow: working
Sunday: breakfast with my mom & family then lunch with FH and his fams

FH has been fairly involved so far. He attends all apoointments and has done some reasearch as well. However, I do most of the leg work researching vendors, calling and making appts, paying the deposits etc.
He's more concerned with all the big stuff, and does not care to input much on the little things.

Weekend Plans:
Tonight: Dinner w/ FH then we're off to see Thor
Tomorrow: Probably some spring cleaning.
Sunday: Over to FMIL house to celebrate moms day.

FH has been my biggest help! Making tons of phone calls and making appointments, talking #'s etc. Coming with me to every meeting so far...we really see eye to eye on everything and are making 99% of the decisions together.
Weekend plans:
Nothing crazy and Mother's day festivities :)

My FH has been a big help. He has taken an interest in the planning which I love. Although he wanted nothing to do with the flowers!

This weekend I hope is uneventful because I have to get work done also...booo


Tonight..... Food shopping and relax
Saturday.... Walk the Dogs at Brookhaven shelter, get my nails done.
Sunday.... Dinner with my mom!

FH has been as helpful as I want him to be. He has arranged his schedule so we can go to appointments together and he makes all the calls. He lets me do the planning and when I need help then he is there to put in his two cents. FH even watches wedding shows with me.

One of my MOH's has been really helpful. She helped take care of me when I had my car accident. She was the only one to go dress shopping with me and is there whenever I need her. She is 7 months pregnant and has been there whenever I need her bless her soul.

Tonight: Go shopping and dinner date with FH
Tomorrow: MOH's baby shower
Sunday: Maybe see my mom and relax.

FH has been involved but let's me make the final decisions. He loves our RH and completely agreed it was the right place for us, helped select the date (avoiding other conflicts was tough, but we got through it!), and has come to every appointment I have made, minus the flowers.

He seems really interested in the Hotel Block, which is odd, but hey I will take it. lol

Weekend Plans:

Tonight dinner with Nilla24 and her FH! YAY!
Tomorrow: Meeting with Big Hits Entertainment for a quote, then I have a Dr Appt, and drinks at night with a friend.
Sunday: Cleaning, Laundry, and bbq @ Fh's parents house for Mother's Day.

FH has been very helpful at times and other times he has been a groomzilla. It was worse at first but now I think he gets what planning a wedding entails money wise and is loosening up a little.

Weekend Plans:

Today: Unfortunately I have to go to a wake for my student's baby sister. I'm sick over it.

Tomorrow and Sunday: Dance Competition

i have been very surprised that my FH is actually really helpful. he usually deals with all the appointments and when it comes to the little details hes actually putting in a lot of input what a nice surpise its been

otherwise i think every other girl i know has tried to help out alil bit too much actually lol

FH has been helpful but at times he def. can be a little groomzilla-ish. I really wanted a band but he insisted on a DJ. I just feel like I've given into a lot of his requests and haven't really done anything I wanted to do. Aside from FH, my Matron of Honor (best friend) has been the most helpful. My sister (Maid of Honor) on the other hand, has done s***.

weekend plans:
tonight: surprise 30th bday party
tomorrow: going out to breakfast with FMIL for mother's day and hopefully finishing my paper
sunday: mother's day lunch/dinner with my fam

FH has been amazing with all the plans I don't drive so he has been taking me everywhere for anything that is wedding related...lol We also compromise and bounce ideas off each other. My grandma has been helping too. i know when my FMIL come up from Florida she will be helping a lot too. Like she does when she come up.

Saw Thor the movie that came out today and let me tell you it was AWESOME and the guy who plans Thor is so yummy..LOL I treated FH to the movie last night because he has been stressed out about stuff so him and I went to a date night.
