Friday Night Brides.........

When were you all have your rehearsal dinners???

We have a lot people coming up from upstate, most of our GM's are coming from up north.
I really don't know if they all will be able to make it for a Wednesday RD......
Is it too much to do it on a Thursday??? Then having the wedding Friday night???

I haven't planned anything yet bc my wedding is still a bit away... but I am hoping to do that on Wednesday. I want to have NOTHING to do on thursday but relax and stay calm and maybe take a benedry (haha they make me fall asleep and I don't think i'll be able to sleep that night.. who doesn't want a full nights rest the night before?!?!). If you did it on Thursday, I'm sure that will be ok.. lots of people do it the night before... and remember your bridal party will more of less me on the same schedule as you.. not like they will have work the next day. Also, what time is your ceremoney? The earlier it is... the more of a reason to do it on Wed night instead. My church isn't until 3... but even with that.. I don't want it on thurs. ha ha.

If you have a lot of OOT people coming in who need to be there for the rehearsal and Thursday is better for them.. then you should do Thursday night. They will be just fine. Especially if your wedding isn't at 6am!

LOL Yea....My mom said just to do it Wednesday cause all my girls will be there so the day of they will just direct the guys ....BUT I don't!!!

I am probably going to do it on a Wednsday night. There is just too much to do the night before.

I honestly have no idea. I would love to do it the Saturday before because during the week is really hard for a lot of people... especially since my church is far. So as of right now I have no clue!

I replied on BHB but ita with this post. Weeknights are too tough and since we'll be trooping out to the church, it will be out of the way for most of my guests.

I don't think it's too much to have it on a Thursday. I am actually hoping we do ours on a Thurs..... our RD location is also likely going to be about an hour from the church. It's been done before I'm sure!!!

Were doing ours the weekend before so that they can stay the week in our house if they want... We dont mind, and I wont be there while they bother fh

We'll be doing ours the night before on Thursday. We have a bunch of OOT people so I think it will be too much to do it on Wed.

I know a girl who had hers the weekend before and her ceremony was an unorganized disaster bc nobody remembered what they were supposed to do.

We arent having a rehersal until the day of since the wedding is at the RH... so we werent planning on doing the dinner.. FH wants to do one anyway for the OOT ... but its up in the air. It depends if most of them come in on wed (which I doubt) then I will take them out on Wed night but I dont want to have one on Thurs.. I need to do so many things that night for the wedding that I dont want to have any other obligiations
