Any opinions on what time i should start my Friday night wedding? I want people at the church. Our reception Hall is about 15 minutes from the church. Both places have said we can do whatever time. HELP

I had a Friday night wedding but got married at the hall. I had a 7 pm invititation, but the ceremony didn't start until 7.30 (give people a chance to get there with traffic & all).
Then the cocktail was from 8-9 and the reception from 9-1
