Ok, my question today is about your beautiful dress!
I know that some have talked about doing a TTD Shoot afterwards. Others have talked about making Christening clothes fro their future children.
What do you plan on doing with your dress post-wedding?
I am going to save mine, because my sister has expressed interest in wearing mine for her (possible) future wedding.

Defnitely doing a TTD shoot with my friend who took our e-pics. Still not sure if FH is going to want to join me in the photo shoot or not but it doesn't matter - I'll do one solo. My friend and I were actually discussing locations for this - she's really excited to do it. I was thinking some kind of abandoned building! I am not looking to ruin the dress but it's definitely going to get a little dirty in the process.
After that, I definitely would like to keep my dress. I couldn't see myself parting with it.

Having my Aunt make it into a quilt and using small pieces to make a christening bonnet for the babies that can be clipped and saved to become wedding hankies when they get older...yay!

I'm donating it to Brides Against Breast Cancer. I don't want it sitting around taking up space and I know I'm not going to wear it again. I'd rather someone else get some use out of it and the money go to a good cause

TTD! If it's salvageable, I'd like to save it afterwards for some sentimental projects or something.
I would've loved to see my mom's wedding dress and be able to incorporate a piece of it in my day somehow

Im doing a TTD but not really trashing it.. Im planning to snowboard in it lol! After I will have it cleaned and preserved I LOVE my dress!!!

I would probably do a TTD but not to ruin it completely. I would like to keep it and possible have keepsakes made from it for the future. I have a son so I can't share it with him....lol. Gotta get that daughter next....LMAO

Funny you should ask...I haven't gone dress shopping yet but last night I told my FH I'd sell it after our wedding....he was like 'absolutely not!!!!!!' He told me I have to keep it for sentimental value! I was like 'but it'll stay in a box, and if we have a daughter I doubt she'll want to wear it...and he said I have to keep it!
I love him. I thought it was so cute he said that!
Funny too, because I save a lot of stuff, but this I thought would be kind of a waste of money and I don't want to do a trash the dress shoot. I'm letting FH have his say here!

Althought I love love my dress, after the wedding I'm planning on selling the dress. I don't see the point of storing the dress forever and ever in an attic, therefore I rather pass it over to another bride or even donating the dress.

I am not sure yet, but most likely save it and possibly use it for my future kids (God willing!) Christening outfits. We'll see though!!
