Since it's rainy, let's all share a comfort food recipe!! Here's mine:
Salisbury Steaks (I make them more like mini-meatloaves but they aren't so meatloaf-ey and they are soooooo good!)
1 lb. extra lean ground beef (I use 93/7) 1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg Salt and pepper 2 cans mushroom gravy
Mix all ingredients except gravy in a bowl and form into patties. Place in large skillet and cook on medium heat. When patties are almost cooked through, turn the heat down and add the gravy. Place cover on the skillet and turn up the heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Let it simmer for as long as you want, it makes the meat softer and more flavorful. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes and you're all set!

Re: Friday Question of the Day
I have too many to name... baked ziti, lasagna, turkey meatloaf, cookies, cupcakes.... but mostly when I'm cooking I just put in a little of this and a little of that - I'm like an old lady - no measurements and I never write anything down!
