is slowly arriving only 6 more days till my one year mark and i have the BEST idea for favors! since i wanted to incorperate friday the 13th (since were getting married on friday the 13th) into my beach theme with out being obvious i've decided to do the following what do you think....
1. All table #s will be 13 (with a letter following so theres some type of order) 2. Favors= keychain Ouija boards 3. For the BP announcments im going to buy a wood ladder and decorate it and everyone has to walk under it!!!
thats all i got so far.. any more ideaS??

the magnet is really cute, BUT if i were in your BP there is no way i would walk under the ladder. It's wierd... i own black cats but ladders freak me out.

OMG where did you get those keychains, sooooo cool, I used to play the Ouija Board when I was younger, me and my friends would scare the $hit out of each other bec of all the scary stuff we heard about this game, lolololol. I love it

i'm going to be honest..i don't really like it only because im catholic, and the ouija board is very against my religion..and i think its very satanic based on experiences people had with it....someone i knew actually spoke with the devil..i wouldn't want my wedding to be associated with that in any way...sorry meg..jmo

May I make one suggestion tho?
Instead of following your table numbers with letters (to differentiate the 13's)...since you are having a secondary beach theme you could have each table 'named' after a sea shell (or something else beach related). On the actual tables you could have a frame with a photo of that tables particular shell (or whatever) and the number 13...do you get what I mean? That way it's not so jarring to see 13-A or 13-B AND you could work in the beach theme. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be pushy, it's your wedding but I'm totally into your Friday the 13th thing....it's awesome. And suggestions are just that......suggestions

i have to agree with some PP
the ladder thing is awesome - i think that will be so cute, and the table number thing is very creative!
but the ouija board totally freaks me out - i have never used one but i was always taught that if i did use one i should go to confession bc it is a sin -
now this is one of those things - that you have to know *your guests* and how they would react
for example, if this was my wedding - FMIL's side would get a kick out of something like this
but - my family ( italian catholics) might actually get offended enough to leave over it
i know it sounds silly in a way - i just want to give you my view
anyway - the other stuff is awesome - keep coming up with great ideas!!!
