Is it stupid to think Friday the 13th is a bad day to get our marriage license??? We live in MD and have to come to NY that weekend, but now I feel like it is a bad omen.....

my grandparents got married on friday the 13th...and they've been married over 60 years now. Plus, my and FH's dating anniversary is 3/13/98 - a Friday too! :) And we've been together 10 years now...getting married the day after our 11 year anniversary. So...I think you make your own luck.

i belive that they are valid 24 hours after issue up to 30 days after. 13 has always be my lucky # so it ouldn't bother me a bit but if it bothers you do it the following monday or another day

I AM GETTING MARRIED ON FRIDAY THE 13TH ALSO! haha not superstiscious at all..and 13 is actually lucky for alot of people and nationalities..supposibly its lucky in the jewish religion and some italians..

I don't think so. Superstitions were made up by ppl so who cares. I was born on Friday the 13th and I'm not evil...well, not entirely, lol.
