Not sure if anyone is interested, but I have a Weight Watchers recipe for fried cauliflower.
Wash and seperate a head of fresh cauliflower. Spray the pieces lightly with butter flavored pam, and then shake in a bag of seasoned bread crumbs, a few at a time. Lay the cauliflower on a baking sheet sprayed with butter flavored pam, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until soft.
It's delicious, and only 2.5 WW points for 5 or 6 pieces (depending on the size).
Enjoy!

Re: Fried Cauliflower
That sounds good. I love fried cauliflower but DH doesn't eat anything fried (or rarely)..he tries to eat healthy. (thank goddness he gets home pretty late..I sneak things like butter into food and he doesn't know the difference..hehe).
I have cauliflower in my fridge now..maybe I will try this one out this weekend!

Re: Fried Cauliflower
YUM, My MIL is making fried cauliflower, but i doubt its the WW recipe ! LOL. gosh just when you think you can eat 'all you want' of veggies, even those are monitored with WW ?? Anyone have a WW points guide ? is it on their website ? im curious to see what type of eating patterns are recommended, i wanna shed some pounds ..

Re: Fried Cauliflower
I have only had the really fattening kind, made with beer batter. This sounds light and tasty too!
