Invite who you want but just ask them not to talk about the wedding amongst coworkers who are not invited & to be discreet about it since you're not inviting everyone.

I work with about 75 people and have been there for 15 years. My deciding factor was if i socialize with them outside of work, i invited them. I had to make the cut somewhere or else it gets out of control.

i work in a hospital but only about 8 people in my department so i only invited them.

by asking friends at work to be discreet doesnt that put them in an awkward position with other people at work? im afraid of asking people to do this for me...anyone else worried about that?
I asked only the people that I like. I talk about my wedding in front of all my co-workers even though they are not invited because I don't care what they think.

I asked only the people that I like. I talk about my wedding in front of all my co-workers even though they are not invited because I don't care what they think.
i'm only inviting two girls from my team and not really talking about it much (I don't think) with anyone else. It's your wedding, do what YOU want.
