From BHB: Tracking your guests . . .

Hello - how are you ladies keeping track of your guest lists? Ideally I am looking for a website where I can input all my guest info and then have mom and FMIL log in and put their guest info . . . I was on weddingwire and it is just too confusing. Can anyone suggest anything?

I have an Excel spreadsheet organized by tabs based on who they are (ie: my family, FH's family, mutual friend, etc.)

Me too! I just don't want to be in charge of wrangling all the guest addresses and typing them in. I'd like to share the fun. ha.

- address labels
-guest lists fam & friends, a&b

i live on excel..idk what i woudl do if anything happened to my spreadsheet

ever try creating a google email address and using their docs feature.

FH and I share a gmail for this reason. we can both go in and edit the doc, and there it is for whenever we need it

so far its worked out (of course we have not gotten up to the addresses page yet)

You can always email it to them., have them put in their info, then they can svae it and email it back to you

OMG me too!!! and everything is color coded so I know what has been done, what is in the process, and what is never gonna be done but should be on my mind

This is a good idea . . . i'm skeptical about it working, but I think this might be what I have to do with them. I can set it up so it is clear and they can fill in the columns. Ugh, what a project.
