Frosted / etched glass candle / votive holder

I am really sorry to do this - I know everyone hates when people post questions that they could find if they search. But I did search (honest) and I just can't find the thread I am looking for.

I remember a thread where someone made candle holders frosted herself. Kinda like this, but she gave instructions, and told us what product she used. I would like to try this, and I need the instructions again.

Re: Frosted / etched glass candle / votive holder

Actually using the frosting glass cream to do this would literally take you FOREVER - and since you don't know where everyone is sitting until a few weeks (at most) before the wedding - its not doable.

These are transparent vellum printed on a laser printer, cut to size and wrapped around a plain glass votive.
