What do you all think? My Mom an Fh think it may seem too tacky? I like it. I can't really see a difference between that and the votives they suggested instead? Except a candle inside. Which is more $$ The frosted ones are pretty they have a bride and groom on it and our names and the date. They are 99 cents per glass. What do you honestly think? TIA

Re: Frosted shot glasses as favors?
Do you have a picture? It may look cute for you to have one unwrapped at each place setting. I know our friends would probably appreciate something like that, but I don't think our families would. If I were you I would probably keep looking, but hold onto this idea if you don't come up with something you like better.

Everyone does votive candles. SHot glasses... that is more for a prom=jmo. FH and I are giving out cd favors. They came out great and we got a very good price on them.

I like the idea a lot... FH and I were actually thinking about it but couldn't find them that cheap...
I did shot glasses...They went over well with my friends. We had a large wedding with a rather young corwd, but I gave donations as well! I caused alot of in-law drama but I didn't care....I liked them and so did 90% of my guests....

Re: Frosted shot glasses as favors?
I think they are cool. They would be great for my winter wedding. Also, you could use them instead of placecards. Just a thought. Where did you find them so cheap?
We are doing shot glasses too. We haven't decided on frosted or black with a white snowflake. Our colors are black and white. We would put some kind of chocolate in them and wrap them up in tulle. At first, FH wanted to do this and I was totally against it, thinking it was unclassy. But, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that it really did symbolize us--especially him since he collects shot glasses and everyone knows it and brings him one. Everyone who knows thinks its a great idea because they know its so him. Anyway, he lets me get my way on most things for the wedding..I can let him have this one
