My FH family doesnt like the fact that my pastor is going to marry us. they feel that it is biased. i am baptist and he is catholic. however, ceremony wise, i feel like it is the same except that we dont do sign of the cross,communion etc. it's just so frustrating because all we want is to have a blessing from God not from the church. and i hate the fact that family is intruding! i wanted to get married in a church but since we have different religion, i gave way and have the ceremony in our reception hall. :( sorry jus venting out
