So FH and I went to book our DJ and Fh's brother, wife and child stopped by after b/c they are friends with the dj. I was outside talking with my soon-to-be sil and she was like so has the drama started for you yet? I said no. She said I had so much drama it was unbelievable, she said wait just wait until the drama starts for you, she said she had so many problems with our FMIL. She said ooo but you know all about that drama b/c you worked with her for three years b4 you started dating FH. I was like well things are a little different. We are paying for the wedding ourselves and don't have to answer to any 1. I also pointed out how supportive my dad and future in-laws have been since we got engaged. AHHHHHH it's like she is wishing problems on me b/.c she had so many problems b/c she was so rude and disrespectful to her future in-laws !!!!!!!! Just had to rant!

Sounds like she might be a little jealous. Don't worry. Like you said, since your paying for the wedding, its your decisions!!!

She might be jealous,,, also your future MIL might have acted a certain way with her if she wasn't so nice with her... I wouldnt worry about her, she seems jealous and was trying to get stuff out of u

Thanks...I think she is testing me..she wants to know if I am going to tell my FMIL what she said and I am not b/c I am not that type of person. She also didn't treat our Mil very nice and for some reason refused to put her name on the invitation, have a limo pick her up for the church or buy her a corsage for the wedding! Thats horrible!

Ay some people are like that .. they are so sour ... they automatically assume that because have a bad experience then you are too ... Judging by what she said i dont thin k you really have to wonder why she had issues
