This is ridiculous!!!! So FSIL and FH are beefing b/c FH is under FSIL's phone line. FSIL got fed up b/c FH wasnt paying the bill on time so she cut him off temporarliy (she claims) and the only way FH could turn the phone on is if FSIL allowed him access. FH kept calling her from my phone to tell her he will pay the bill but she never picked up..Then FH got upset and went and got a new phone line under his name. Now FSIL is left to pay his bill and cancellation fee. She is pissed off and now and she just told me 'Im sorry to do this but if he doesn't pay me then i'm going to have to back out of the bridal party'. Now I know part of what FH did wasn't right and im going to try to convince him to do the right thing by paying her the $$ he owes her. But damn i think its alil extreme for them to be fighting over something that can be worked out...I'm caught in the middle of this and I dont know what to do...

I would get the $ from FH & give it to FSIL or use it towards her being in the BP

He should def give her the money he owes her, but that's ridiculous that she's threatening you! Who needs that?! If she says it again, let her know very simply, 'That's a shame that you're thinking about doing that, please let us know soon if you go through with it.' Play her game!

Nope b/c i know FSIL will call and complain to the whole family about this. We should be expecting a call from FMIL very soon...This really *****, i'm going through enough stress as it is and now this??

Maybe is just me, but I actually feel for your FSIL. It is def. not right that she has to be asking him to pay his own bill and now has to pay the cancellation fee (which is usually not cheap) or his bill. I would be furious if I was her, she probably said that she was not going to be in the BP out of anger and principle. I am sorry that you are in the middle of this, try talking to FH.

I agree with you, its not right what FH is doing and i'm going to try my best to convince him to do the right thing and give her the $$. But i'm just annoyed that FSIL took it to the level to want to back out of the bridal party before even trying to work something out.
