FTMB annoyed

Two months ago I won free menus designed by FTMB through their facebook page.

I contacted them that same day and they had me fill out a form that gave info about what our wedding was supposed to be like, colors we wanted, etc.

The girl who was e-mailing with me said, 'Okay I'm going on vacation but I'll be back next week.'

Three weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I wrote again

She says 'I'm really sorry, we had a tragedy here over 4th of July. We'll get started ASAP.'

Which.. obviously... horrible. Then I feel bad about even asking.

But then it hit August... and the girl who was e-mailing me is the same girl who is doing the facebook updates and whatever and she's like constantly on there updating and running contests and stuff and I'm like...

'***. Just tell me when you are going to be able to work with me here. Why are you ushering out NEW prizes when you aren't answering the e-mails from the girls who won prizes two months ago!?'

I don't think so. I mean so many girls on here have ordered through them and their stuff came out beautiful.

... I'm just annoyed. I think I'm getting overlooked/ignored.

who are you contacting at FTMB... i worked with them for my invites and am now working with them for my menus.

I wouldnt worry too much I am not even giving them the details about my menu until after I meet for my final meeting next Wed, and they said that is fine to get them done on time. The part that takes the longest is the design and I am using the same design as my invites.

that is annoying. keep after them. i would prob just forward the last email i sent to them.

I know that they usually work in order of wedding date.

I am using them too for table numbers. I heard about the incident that happened over the holiday when I last emailed them and figured I'd give them a little more time. Both of our wedding are in October so maybe they do go by month. I plan to contact them again at the end of the month to see how my project is going.

I'd be annoyed too. Sometimes I feel like when you win stuff companies push you to the side for people who are actually paying (which I can see why...but its really not fair)
