Full Forecast for 11/03 - 10/04
The first half of the winter will be expectionally cold, and the second half will have above normal temps. Expect persistant cold from Mid November through early January. Precip will be below normal, w/ near normal snowfall. Snowy periods will occur in early Dec and mid-to-late Jan. A northeaster in early March will bring heavy snow inland and mostly rain near the cost.
After wet snow in early April, spring will come quickly, w/ temps in April and May averaging about 3 degress above normal.
Overall, the summer will be hot and wet, despite a dry June w/ near normal temps will continue near normal in July, but heavy thunderstoms will bring double the normal rainfall. After t-storms, in early Aug, expect the worst heat wave in several years, with oppresive heat and humidity into mid month.
September will delightful w/ warm days , comfortably cool nights, and plenty of sunshine.
October will be warmer and wetter than normal.
