HOLY COW I'm about to rip somebody's face off.
So recap, I dropped off a dress that needed a new zipper at a tailor on Jan 14. They said it will be done by Jan 21 (day before TWOTY). They PROMISED me it would be done and I said that I had an event on Jan 22 so it had to be done.
I went Jan 21, the place was CLOSED (the trickle of snow, perhaps). I was fuming and ran around and bought a dress.
I went on Sunday to give them a piece of my mind. CLOSED. They don't have hours on the window.
I was in L.I at my parents mon & tues. I called just now to check if they are open today and until when.
'What time are you open today?'
'I don't know, like 6 or 7'
'What do you mean, 6 or 7? You don't have regular hours?'
'No, sometimes the owner tells us to close early. We don't have set hours...'
WHAT???????????? What kind of business are you??
It took all my resolve not to start screaming at them ( I was undercover, I want to completely blindside them when I go in).
