Fun and FREE date night activity!

FH and I just got back from Eisenhower Park - every Thursday night they show a different movie in their outdoor theater. Tonight was Shrek 3 so there were a lot of families there, but it was still fun (probably would have been more fun if my friends hadn't talked through the whole thing and I was able to hear! )

But it was nice to do something different and still be able to be outside and enjoy a summer night... just bring lots of bug spray.

Next Thursday is I Am Legend!

ETA: I woke up this morning and have three GIANT bug bites on my BUTT! Which makes no sense since I was wearing jeans?!

They also do the same movie night at Jones Beach on Monday nights I think.

awwww that sounds like a nice night and good idea.

I told DH recently that everytime we go out it doesnt have to be out to dinner or big plans. Especially now with us not spending alot, and that there are other things to do. Even on just regular days, i said i would love to walk more and that we can walk to another part of the neighborhood where theres lots to do, even stop get ice cream. On our HM we loved walking around and doing simple things.
