we are going out to dinner and getting a hotel room. No gifts this year. Just being together the whole weekend by ourselves will be a great gift for both of us.

Not officially exchanging gifts, but I got him a couple cute things anyway (and no, I honestly don't expect or need anything in return). But got him a rather spiffy RoadID just in case something happens while he's out riding his rescuers know his name, bday, allergies, and how to reach me. And an amusing pair of boxers....silly, I know.

we get each other a bunch of little knick-nacks, and go out to a nice dinner. So far I've bought him:
- video game he has been hinting for - his favorite shampoo & conditioner - 5 packs of lighters (bc he loses them constantly) - magnet picture frames - picture frame with paw prints all over it. I plan on putting a cute picture of him and our cats. -socks (bc I always steal his LOL) - boxes of his favorite candy - scented candles - v*day boxers (I get him a pair of holiday boxers for each holiday LOL)
I needed to check his email for something important, and I saw a confirmation receipt in his email for the borgata, so I think he's taking me to AC!!!!

We don't exchange gifts. I don't like celebrating Vday although he does just because I hope to be treated like that all year round. I prefer to be surprised with a card, flowers, dinner etc an a night that you're night expecting it

Well unfortunately this year Valentines day is also the Daytona 500 and FH is a huge Nascar fan. But normally we get a pizza, bottle of wine, and a sappy movie and spend the night in.

We are not exchanging gifts. What FH is doing is he is hosting a small get together in his house and invited my parents and my uncles and their spouses to attend and he is having food catered since he wants the families to spend it together, also he doesn't want to leave FMIL alone since this is her first Valentines Day she is spending alone since FFIL passed away this past November.

Clueless.... prob going to dinner though. I think coupled with meaningful cards, its enough. He usually sends me flowers to work. Thankfully we can save that money.

I told FH lets not do anything being that we have the wedding and he was like' NO, I wanna do something(as far as gifts go)' So I have no idea what to get him with the little money that I have. I am however going to make a nice dinner and we're gonna catch a movie in the afternoon. I love that we have the whole day to spend together..

going to eat at Giando's in BK. We don't go out to eat dinner anymore, and that's one of my favorite things to do! It has nice views of the city,
V-day is his birthday, so I go big for him. I got him Clapton tickets for the 19th, and Boses sound system.
We just booked Giando's for our RH next summer! Enjoy!!!

We are moving on Valentine's day. We moved last year on V-day as well. But we are moving into a bigger apartment, with a washer and dryer!!! Not a big deal to some people but to me, having lived in apts for the last 10 yrs without one, it's a fantastic v-day gift.
After we've spent the entire day moving, we'll probably cook a nice meal and open up one of our special bottles of wine.
