funny and nice FMIL story

we visited FMIL for breakfast over the weekend. So she was asking about the dress my mom got and what color and that she should know as she doesnt want to be matchy match.

side note - I have been driving FH crazy to make sure his mom or sisters wouldn't wear anything close to white

I told her she can wear whatever color of dress she wants, so FH says to her 'but mom any color other than white or ivory'

FMIL looks over at him with this expression
'are u crazy???????? OF COURSE NOT!!!! '

I am really sorry FH had to endure his mother's anger at him, but I really had to make sure she wouldnt do that as I saw a bunch of FMILs on here do that.

poor FH, he did for me

I know in my case, I never give FMIL a chance and then when she does nice things I make a big deal and FH always says 'Told ya so!'
