Funny Bridal Shower Coincidence....

soooooo my 2nd cousin is getting married in March 2010 and we just got invites to her shower last night....

well my mother and I began opening the invitations, and as they came out, my mom just had this FACE on...like i can't even explain it, it was like a puzzled, dissatisfied look....

so she tried to play it off, 'oh wow they're doing it 4 months early, guess they're really trying to catch her off guard...etc etc'

then during dinner, she still looks off, and starts asking me 'so, dont u like that invitation? its nice right?' and i was like 'YA its pretty..' cuz it is...

well, since i can read my mom like a book, after i saw her give my dad a look, i say,

'Lemme guess, those are the shower invites you and Jackie (MOH) bought for mine???????'

she starts CRACKING UP (cuz thats her natural reaction to being called out) and says 'Noooooooo...Not Yet...but that's the one we were going to order this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

how funny is that??? my MOH is gonna lose it...shes gonna be so mad cuz my mom said SHEs the one who really wanted to get that invitation....and now they have to start all over LOL

oh man, tnx God they didnt buy it yet!

haha good thing they got the invite before they ordered yours!

awww lol

Oh that would have been bad if they ordered them already!!! Thank GOD!

how funny
