There is a teenaged girl that lives upstairs from us. Monday thru Friday we know its 2pm because we hear banging. Window shattering, bed pouncing, I think my pictures are going to fall off the wall banging.
Well today they were early and it started at 1:50, then the music was blasting. And now I swear the ceiling is going to cave in.
My windows are shaking, my lava lamp moved an inch, and I think my pictures are tilted.
He must be getting close because its not banging as fast.
HMMM Do you think I should go upstairs and knock on the door

Liz I swear this girl has to be no older then 17 and she does not go to school. FI and I ALWAYS see her at various times through out the day going out with her mother.
FI told me in all his years living here he has never seen that girl going to school

Theresa the woman below us (who is like 80) asked Brian one day what was all that banging I heard coming from your apartment. My TV was moving off my dresser I thought we were having an earthquake....

All very good points. And its only Mon - Fri she has the weekends off. It used to be Mon - Thurs with Fri, Sat and Sun off, but recently its been 5 days.
It is a possibility.....
Once the weather starts to get really nice, I think I am going to sit outside and see who enters the building...

I know she goes out with the mom at 11 everyday. I dont know where the mom is now.
The father I have no idea. I dont know if there is one. FI said he has seen him, but then again there are 24 apartment's in our building and I know 2 people in the whole building.
You know thats a good idea calling the cops. I'll have to leave an anonoumous tip one day to the men in blue.

Though 2 days ago I did see a really good looking guy (had to be about 19) going up to the 4th floor. I never seen him in the building before..
I wonder...
I think its time to go check the mail and see if anyone is leaving the building...

She's gotta be under 18. FI has been living here 6 years and he said when he moved in she was really young then. So she's gotta be no more then 17. I think she is 16.
I am going to talk to FI and tell him that today was insane and I am going to give a call to child services (but I dont want my name used) to figure out this mess.
