Funny honeymoon story and what not to bring on a cruise

Joe and i went on a cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas to the Western Caribbean from 7/6-7/13. It was amazing. We got to our cabin and were relaxing on our balcony before we left port. All of our luggage was delivered fairly quickly with the exception of one suitcase. I was walking into our room when i noticed the light flashing on the phone that i had a message. It was from security stating that my suitcase was being held and that i had to go down immediately to open it. So he and i are going down to the first floor in the elevator and i was very confused as to what they could be holding. So i thought it was a shoe or something stupid like that when all of a sudden a light bulb popped into my head. 3 days before the wedding i was packing and my sister (MOH) was with me and she was insisting that i packed some naughty items she bought me for my shower. I kept joking with her and then finally agreed to put them in my suitcase. When we arrived at security on masking tape in dark permanent marker was the word 'HANDCUFFS' I almost fell on the floor. I opened the suitcase carefully as i was a bright shade of crimson to pull out a pair of furry handcuffs. I turn them over to the security officer and im beyond mortified and trying to explain that its our honeymoon and my sister made me pack them, etc. When all of a sudden DH turns around and says 'Who are you kidding, you like it rough' I almost passed out with embarrassment. Everytime we passed that security guard i nearly lost it. We were allowed to pick them up when we got back to Miami. Needless to say we forgot all about them.

Moral of the story: DO NOT PACK HANDCUFFS IF YOU ARE GOING ON A CRUISE!!!
