I was reading a story to a class today (actually it was Kelly4's class from LIW)...The title was 'The Can-Do Pigs', so I asked the kids 'what do you think these pigs can do by looking at the picture'...
So they give answers like 'fly, roll in mud, eat alot', and one kid says 'they can kiss with their tongues'
It took every ounce of me not to laugh my a$$ off!!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to share!!
Edited to add: They are 1st graders!!

I got told, while subbing a 6th grade class, that a picture of christopher columbus that I showed them looked like E.T.!!!! And it did!!! The eyes bulged and the fingers were all long and exaggerated!! LMAO! Sometimes ya gotta laugh at these kids!!!

A funny little story of something that happened to a friend of mine while she was teaching her class yesterday....I was in there for a minute and things were a bit hectic and when she yelled out for her student whose name is COLLIN to sit down, she shouted CONDOM instead! We couldn't help but laugh because they are all 9th graders and know **** well what that is! Hahaha, I'm laughing just thinking about it!

Kids are so entertaining!
Some of my girlfriends and I went to dinner on Tuesday night and one of them brought her 16 month old daughter...its funny to watch a table full of grown women all being entertained by a baby banging a chopstick on a teacup

OMG! The things that come out of their mouths!
And the teachers are funny too. I've found myself saying some of the weirdest things to kids at times. The other day, I was coming down the hall after lunch & I could hear one of the kindergarten teachers yelling,
'WHY ARE YOU STANDING ON YOUR HEAD?!!!!!! Your head doesn't go there!! ' My gf & I were dying ... it sounded so funny!!
