Can somebody be so kind just to list the major crib/changing table, etc. manufacturers? I want to search on the web today - I know a few of them, but just figured I'd gather as much info as possible.

Re: furniture
You might also have Bellini-type places near you. They say their stuff is made just for them. I have a Simmon's set. Childcraft is also a major brand name.

Re: furniture
Bellini is a line of furniture that is only sold at Bellini stores.
Other brands we checked out were:
Sorelle Bonavita Pali Status and Morigeau

Re: furniture
Bellini's is a store, like Behrs. But Bellini's carries only a few of their own line, not other companies.

Re: furniture
Jenny - just FYI...Bellini's has about 5 stores in New Jersey, so you might have one that's not to far from you. Check them out online... www.bellini.com. They will also ship anywhere, so even if you cannot get to a store and you find something you LOVE online, they can send it to you!
Good luck!

Re: furniture
Hi Jenny, there is a book by the name of 'Baby Bargains' by Alan and Denise Fields. It is like a consumer reports for ALL baby stuff (cribs, mattresses, etc., etc.) I would highly recommend that you look at it. In terms of your question regarding cribs, the book lists all the crib manufacturers and rates them (A,B, C, etc.).
