Has anyone else experienced this problem - that your furniture takes MONTHS to arrive?!! Hubby and I ordered bedroom furniture back in the beginning of jan. and were told it would arirve in about 8 weeks - well here we are in april and still no furniture. every time we call we are told that they are still working on it. hubby wanted to then order decorations from them to match the bedroom set - I told him after this nonsense we are never going abck there. come on - where is it being shipped from - the far east??!!!

This seems to always happen to me except when I order from NC places. I had this issue with Crate and Barrel Furniture, Macy's furnuture and rugs, and others (macy's was by far my worst experience and we have vowed never to order from them again).
Now I had the opposite problem. I ordered my bedroom from NC earlier that I planned because they said it would take min 8-12 weeks. Well in 4 weeks they call me to schedule delivery. Normally I would be happy but I have no where to put it yet because I am doing some work on the room it needs to be in and there are no empty rooms on that floor of the house to hold it temporarily. So I have been holding them off and wound up having a small arguement with the shipper early this week. I am going to get it this weekend but I still am not done with all my work so it is going to be annoying but since I had the fight I was scared to push them off longer. I guess I can't win with furniture deliveries....

Don't feel bad! Your no tthe only one. I ordered my livingroom furniture in Feb. and was told it would be here sometime Mid. May.
