I may be buying some furniture this weekend. I would love to go out and spend money at restoration hardware, but I just don't have the money for it now. FH and I saw a 3 piece set at jennifer convertables that we like. Anyone have any comments about their quality?
TIA!!

Re: furniture question
I'm looking for inexpensive furiture myself. We have a couch but are looking for a loveseat and chair with ottoman. I always thought Jennifer Convertibles was a higher end store.........Anyone else know of not so expensive places for furniture?

Re: furniture question
My couches are from Jennifer Convertables. We purchased this set nearly two years ago and we love it. It still looks new. There products are so reasonably priced, too!
I would def. recommend the protection plan that they sell. All you do is make a call to them and they dispatch someone to your house to clean your furniture.
Good luck!

Re: furniture question
Jennifer was actually one of the cheapest places we saw. We got a big L-shaped couch (with a sofabed and a chaise lounge) and a big oversized chair with a huge ottoman for around $2000.

Try Bobs on rt110 in Melville. Near Adventure Land. The quality is great and the prices are even better. Thats where we plan to buy from.

Re: furniture question
We got our L shaped couch at Jennifer over a year ago. Its the micro-suede one you see in all their ads. Its excellent. Never stains, pills, or looks saggy. The price was great. Oh yeah, and its comfortable too!

Re: furniture question
I never bought anything from there... I bought some from JCpennys, and the experience there was horrible [The one at the Sunrise Mall] but the quality of our dining rm set & out couches are amazing.... We also bought a coffee table & end table at Raymour & Flanigan. Sometimes R&F have really great sale prices, so check them out as well. Also, 'THE PLACE' is a furniture store on Rt 110 in Farmingdale, my mom says they have sales alot, but when we went in there last yr, I didn't thinl they were all that inexpensive, same with Lazy Boy, I thought they were kinda pricey too!
Good luck! HTH!

Re: furniture question
We bought a couch, loveseat, and entertainment system from The Place on rt 110 in Farmingdale. I think their prices were pretty average....and the it is HUGE there is so much there to choose from.
I've heard some mixed things about Jennifer

Re: furniture question
I've read some really terrible things from consumer reports on Jennifer Convertibles. I bought really nice couches as Levitz, their prices were great & it's really comfortable & great quality
