future shock

Anyone have feedback about Future Shock in East Rockaway? I have long hair and I get very nervous about change, especially with my hair. But, it's time to at least put some long layers in it. My mom made us appointments at future shock the day that we're going to a Bar Mitzvah so that when they blow out my hair after I get it cut, I'll be all set and ready to go. But, I don't know anything about them. Will they do a good job? Thanks!
Also, anyone know how much they charge for men's haircuts?
