thanks for putting your rainbow cookie recipe in the cookbook. i've been wanting to make them for so long and never had a recipe for them. i picked up all of the ingredients last night. i hope they come out good. thanks again

i spent $50+ on ingredients last night. my fiance was like we could have bought them for cheaper.. b@stard =P

I did too , so funny!
But the food coloring and almond, sugar, flour you will have for quite a few batches !
They were not hard, (actually i was veryyy impressed with myself haha) just time consuming.
Pacie said it gets easier the more you do it .
THe one thing i did wrong was didnt use enough jam.
I didnt want to use too much where it would be oozing out of the sides and i used too little.
Dont over cook the cakes either.. 10 mins tops!
They are yummy and fun!!!!
