Futute In-Laws!

Futute In-Laws!

I pretty have the most perfect bunch of future in-laws you could ask for, and I love them all so much--my FMIL is the most positive, sweet, and thoughtful person I've ever met--and we get along great (and she is the biggest chatterbox I've ever met too--I love it (and I think it drives FH nuts, haha)

My FFIL is hilarious....

And my FSIL is the greatest ever too....when she found out about my dress shopping Saturday and that she couldn't attend because of the person limit, she not only told me she understood, even though she wanted to be there, but I should never have kept it a secret for so long (even though I felt terrible) because 'we're family now and you should never be afraid to tell me anything.' How sweet is that? AND I was in her wedding even though FH had only been dating 2 years at that time and there was no guarantee I'd be around

ANYWAY, I'm writing this not to rub it in AT ALL if your FIL's are the worst! I was actually hoping you could share your best FIL drama/vent/story. Just some stories to pass this boring work day! I'm sure some are hilarious!

I actually feel the exact same way about my FIL's and FSIL!!!!

They are so welcoming, loving and caring towrds me, right from the beginning. I was at my FMIL's house last night, just stopped by to say hi and ended up chatting for 2 hours!!!

I am so lucky and grateful for them!

This is the first relationship Ive been in where the parents liked me !!!

Hmmm...I have no drama stories. Like you, I looove loove loove my FIL's. They are seriously amazing and I feel really lucky to be marrying into their family. When FH and I got engaged, the first thing FFIL said to me was, 'I always wanted another daughter' and then came over and gave me a big hug. It's one of my favorite engagement memories!!!

That's so sweet, Christi! Sounds like you got yourself an awesome future family

I love my in laws also - I met them within the first week of knowing FH (FH didn;t think it was a big deal to meet them right away lol because he told me we're getting married that same week we met hah). From that first day, they've been the sweetest people ever. They're very caring, respect FH and I's decisions/privacy/etc., and are just great people to be around. Since we moved into our new apartment and have been settling in, they bring over stuff for dinner (their foood is sooooooo good hah), they'll bring us food when they go food shopping, etc. His mom has told me so many times that now that both her sons have found amazing girls (FH's brother is also engaged), she feels so happy in her heart.

Overall his whole family is drama free, and I love it!

'12 crashinggg

MY FIL's are the best too! They're very quiet and simple people and I think that's why I love them as much as I do. My FIL was calling me his FDIL before FH and I were engaged & his mother always calls/ims me to say hello & wish me a nice day. Can't wait to be part of their family.

Re: Futute In-Laws!

Wow!!!

I love that so many of us love our FIL'S!!

I LOOOOVVVVEEEE my FILS!!

They helped with our home, the wedding, and anything else you could imagine.

FH and I had a convo with them the other night about money. After they told us how they would help us, I told them my thanks could never amount to all that they've done for us.

But I told FMIL that I promised to be the best wife to her son as I possibly can.

It made her cry
