My wedding will be in the winter garden which holds a max of 155 on my invite list i have 165 approx. Im panicking because i know some ppl say no but what if i dont get enough nos. And that not counting ourselves and the vendors
This is stressing me out too. I don't want the room to feel tight. Do you know how many tables go along each wall and how many down the middle?
I think it is usually a 20% NO rate...we invited close to 140 something and ended up with 113. Granted we had a lot of OOT that we knew couldn't make it...but there were a lot of people locally that couldn't make it or didn't show. And if I am not mistaken vendors usually eat somewhere else and not in the main room where the reception going on.
My wedding is also in Winter Garden. My guest list is approximately the same as yours. I've decided not to stress this, they told me to expect a 20% no rate, so we'll be fine then! Worse comes to worse, people arent bringing dates lol
