When we finished registering yesterday we were told by the salesperson not to delete any items off the registry once it is purchased. The registry counts as your receipt for the next 2yrs just in case something happens to the item.

When I stalked for my engagement party once I saw something purchased off BBB and I deleted it off my other registry and vice versa. 99% of our guest gave us a gift receipt anyway. We had no issues. Thank you for letting us know though.
