FYI: REnting picnic area at eisenhower park

I was asking last night if anyone knew the price and others were curious too so heres the info.....

$15 leisure pass fee ( good for 3 years and gets you in to all nassau county parks)

$100 site fee ( unlimited number of people)

$35 alcohol permit ( if you want to drink)

i think we are gonna do this for our E-party! Im so excited! just wanted to share with you all!
Maybe even a GTG in the summer?? it will be like $5 a person lol!

that is awesome - FH nixed my bowling e-party so we're looking into this too.

We just discussed it last night.

And I happened to receive an email from a BBQ party planning place - today or yesterday! (It's fate).

FM me your email address and I'll send it to you - it was $14.95 pp for hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, corn on the cobs, 3 salads, condiments and paper goods. Not a bad deal!

Thats an awesome idea for an eparty!!! We live right up the block from Eisenhower Park, wish I would've thought of it!

actually zi just talked to my dad about it and we are gonna keep it at the house lol. Its just easier than trasporting everything and if it pours we are screwed! lol so just to be saif we are gonna keep it at the house. (plus i think he is looking forward to hosting it since i am his only daughter! lol) but i still think it might be a good idea for a GTG. Its cheap enough and we can all just make or bring something to eat! hmmm....ill keep this idea in mind!
