FYI The Wiz is going out of business

In case anyone needs home electronics, cds, etc. the Wiz is going out of business and are having huge sales.

The stores that are closing are:

Massapequa
Lake Grove
Sayville
Bay Shore
Huntington
Plainview
Greenwich Village

I could use one of those big screen tv's

FYI - They're consolidating the stores - not going out of business - some, like the Carle Place store, will remain open.

The stores above are going out of business. Some are remaining open, but the ones above are closing their doors for good within the next couple of weeks.

Either way --- sales for us!

My dad just bought us a big screen tv for our wedding gift from the Wiz and got an awesome deal - Hundreds less than Best Buy for a better tv!

Did anyone hear if they are actually having big sales, or just sending the stock to the stores which will be remaining open. We are looking for a digital camera, would love a sale !!

Not sure when the end dates are - but from what I know, they're getting rid of all the stock from their stores - and not shipping them to other stores. The sales should be pretty good!
