If we were to open up the invitation to include kids at the wedding...We would have to invite 47 kids. (That includes the 11 that will already be there. ) HELLO!

hello back
I didnt answer on your other post. Frankly I think you're screwed. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. Since I really can't imagine having to deal with those parents that want to bring the tiny tots I would probably fold and invite them all and hope for the best.
But I can see your problem. Just sux doesn't it?
*shrug* Sorry, Im no help.

you definitely need to put your foot down, and soon! if you don't want kids - that should be the end of the story! anyone who can't respect your decision should just stay home!!!!

We originally said no kids. Then we got sme sh!t from one of FH's brothers. We still were like 'NO'. Then FH's sister got ill and we decided it was important to us for ALL family to be at the wedding and decided the only kids would be nieces & nephews.

I don't know what your other post was about, but def. say no to kids. It's your wedding, please make sure it's exactly how you want it to be...
I heard there were some disgruntled parents that couldn't believe we didn't invite children, I told my FMIL, you can tell them if they don't like it, they don't have to come. It's as simple as that...

luckily in our family, the kids were so small and would likely be running about that the parents were more than glad to leave them home
