FYI...just got my card from The White House...

It's just a regular card, with The White House emblem on it. It's the same kind of card that my grandma got for her 80th birthday.

Only because I ended up running out of invites and actually ended up going to Staples and buying do-it-yourself invites for our C-listers, I don't think The White House card was REALLY worth it...(well, maybe I should have sent one of the do-it-yourself invites to The White House instead of my original invite)...

That's cool. I plan on sending one, also to the Pope. That's if I have extra invites!

Ask your officiant to request the blessing for you.

I was lucky- my mom's cousin is a Catholic Bishop. He requested it as our wedding gift and it actually arrived in time for him to present it to us during our ceremony...

You can even just request the card from the White House online now-- no need to send an invitation!!
