Gap Robes

I know a lot of you are planning on robes as gifts for your BM. The gap is having a 30% off sale on their website on 8/10&8/11--the code is GPFRIEND. Thought this might help some of you.

I am not getting them, but they have some robes if you go to Gap.com and look at gap body- then sleepwear -- i know some other people on this site said they were using them.

I bought the Red 'Big Robes' from the Gap. They are great - very thick and luxiorious.

One note of caution: When they say 'Big Robe' they mean it. Im tall and a size 14 and the XS/S fit me perfectly.

I am looking to get these robes for my BM's. Did Sonicstef - are you getting them embroidered? If so, where? Also, are you giving your girls anything else? Last, did they all get the same color robes? Sorry about all the questions, but I am having a hard time coming up with BM gifts. Thanks for the info!

Yes, I got them embroidered. I had it done for $12 each in the Staten Island mall but Im sure you could find a better price on Long Island if you look.

I had the name embroidered on the lapel instead of the chest area b/c it was being obscured by the lapel.

Im doing sort of a Bath in a Box sort of gift so along with the robes, Im filling boxes with bath goodies. So far, this is what I have.

But I still need to find a lot more stuff.

And even though they are not red as I had hoped, Im using these Ikea boxes (with colored hot glue names on them) to hold the stuff.

I love the robes, what a good idea! I like them without the monogramming since everyone knows their own name already, LOL. Just my opinion though. Thanks for the tip on the website sale!
