Garden apartment available in Mineola

We have finally given our notice and our apartment will be available for September 1. It's a one bedroom apartment, LR, DR, kitchen and bath. All of the rooms are excellent size, the bedroom is very big-bigger then the one in our house. The kitchen is small but I managed to cook in to for 4 years without a problem. We didn't use the dining area for our table, instead we set it up as an office and there is still room for a table against a wall. It's hard to explain but I have to say that the apartment is a really good size. It's in a complex, about 1 mile from Mineola train station and about .25 mile from the parkways.

If anyone is interested in it let me know and I'll get you the management's number. I don't know what the new rent is but I can tell you we were paying about $1,150 which includes heat and water.

In case you're wondering why I'm posting this it's because we're breaking our lease and we have to continue to pay rent until December unless they rent it. So I thought I'd spread the word to help myself out and to help out someone who's looking for a place.
