Did anyone stay at the GCH the night before their wedding, and if so, do they let you take pictures in and around the hotel before? My ceremony or reception is not at the hotel, but I am gonna stay there, and want a place to take photos before the ceremony/reception. Any input would help, or is there another hotel with nice photo ops?
we are not staying there but call them and see if you can i dont see why not , you are staying there
Easiest way to find out is to speak with a concierge at the hotel.
I booked with Floral Terrace and b.c they do not have anywhere outdoors to take pictures - they told me to go to the GC Hotel to take them - so I would say yes you can go around and take pics there before hand. If you call them please let me know what they say.

I agree, they may not be open in 2009-I would call ASAP and find out what is going on before you start making plans for that
