I was wondering, does garlic get put in the fridge or does it stay out at room temperature. I know when I buy it at the grocery store in the produce section, it is left out.

I leave it out. I never thought of putting it in the refrigerator.

If it is fresh you leave it out in a dry place.

My parents leave it out too!!! I actually asked my mother why the other day! I forgot what she said!
