Garter!

Garter!

What kind of Garter is everyone getting? Can't decide if I want lacy and pretty, or something themed that FH would like, his fave would probably be a Mets garter, but I'm a Yankees fan and I don't know if I can do that....it might burn when it touches my skin Perhaps both together? hehe...he can throw that Mets one away....

Anyway, post pics of garters you like and where they're from!

Re: Garter!

I was going to get him a sports themed one- possibly NY Jets.

I was going to get him a Pittsburg Penguins (his fav hockey team) garter to be surprised at but he is not into hockey so much now as he is football.

Re: Garter!

hmm Jets could work, but it will be baseball season and not football season for our wedding haha....plus baseball is really #1 for us (even with the rivalry!)

Re: Garter!

lol we're both Yankees fans but we don't get a chance to go to too many games anymore- but he gets Jets tickets every year so I figure the Jets would work for me... lol

Re: Garter!

hmm now I am looking and see this one:

haha I could get Mets and Yankees on one! But I feel like that's not pretty enough....perhaps something like this instead:

only not in Orange....I think you can get names and dates on it....at least it's a little prettier!

Re: Garter!

I just got a picture of my garter that HCC garters made for me.

FH and I started dating in college- at Ithaca College and he played football for IC.

I added in 'Bombers' because that's our mascot and his number.

Re: Garter!

Im getting one made up with our football teams - half dolphins half bucs. That way its unique to us and will be something we can hang out to and hang in our sports room when we get a house!
