Do you buy your own garter? If so, how much did you pay and where did you get it?

is there a special meaning to the garter?????....we are not doing a garter tosss so I'm wondering if I even need to wear one???

We're not doing the toss either. Mine is light blue, so it will be my 'something blue.'

My MOH advised me not to buy one because she wants to buy it. The significance is if it has blue in it, it can be used for the something blue tradition. Otherwise it is the equivalent as the bouquet toss for the girls..if the guy catches it he may be the next groom.
