Garter if no garter toss?

We're not doing the garter toss, but should I still be wearing one? I totally put off buying one (they're easy enough to find) but I'm worried it will be uncomfortable...

I wore one even though I didn't do it either. It was my something blue. Your photographer or videographer can get some shots with it on or taking it off. Just an idea.

We aren't doing any of the tosses either and I am not planning on wearing one - no point.

DH took my garter off me, but no toss. So I wore one. Make for a great photo-op putting it on!

Ditto. It was also one of my something borrowed because FMIL lent me hers. She offered it to me when we first got engaged, so when we decided not to do the garter toss, I couldn't decline her offer. So I wore it anyway

Thanks ladies. I might get an inexpensive one from Michael's or something and keep it just for photo ops.

I am wearing one but not doing the toss. I wanted to have a little surprise for FH after the wedding is over and we are alone in our suite!

I'm not wearing one. It will prob annoy me or fall off. Also I don't want pics of my thighs!! I don't want pics of my friends with their hands up my skirt either. I think it's so strange. I always think when I look at those pics, why didn't the bride put the garter on before the dress? Who puts stockings on after their dress? It's like, oops, I forgot my underthings! LOL. I know it's all about tradition, but when you think about it, it's like huh, why do we do it that way.

I wore one, but didn't do the toss. DH never even got to see it on me, since in the last hour of the reception, it was annoying me so I just took it off.
