Garter Question

Garter Question

FH asked me if i wanted him to get me the garter since I haven't gotten around to buying one yet. Is this OK? Or is it generally something the bride buys as a surprise for her FH?

If I were doing it I would want to surprise him.

Fir example if he is a big Mets fan yoiu could get a Mets garter.

If you dont really care if he sees it, take it off your plate and let him get it.

I think that would be super sweet if he gets it for you! It would be something else (besides your ering) that is directly from him that you'll have to wear the whole day of your wedding!

My FH was very unhappy with the garter I ordered at first (a mets one -- I'm a huge mets fan) and he told me so when i showed it to him online. So I changed my order to a pretty white and blue lacy one that he loved, and also got a mets toss garter to make me happy. I love the idea that I'm wearing something that he really likes even though no one else will see it.

Honestly, it's something I never thought about. I think I got one free when I bought my tiara. I don't think my DH even paid attention to what it looked like.

If u don't mind him buying it for you, go for it.....it will be 1 less thing for you to worry about.

I dont really care if he sees it beforehand (The dress is another story, I'm having so much trouble keeping my dress a secret, I really want to show him but I definitely want that to be a surprise)

I think it would be sweet for him to buy you one! But if there's something that you don't want make sure you tell him! I wouldn't want my FH to pick one out with a dodge logo on it or something.
