How come a lot of vendors offer 2 garters?

exactly. The one that gets thrown away you don't get back, but you still have the other one as a keepsake.

you can wear both the day of it's just if you're going to throw one FH will take the lowest one to throw and you won't get it back the top one is your keepsake

I had a lacy blue one for my bridal garter and a mets one for my toss garter. My step sister caught the bouquet and thus ended up with the toss garter -- she told me last week she has it on her lamp in her bedroom.

So when do you put on the second one? Or do you put it on from the beginning
