Yes I am doing it....Islanders one
I was thinking of doing that for FH but I'm a huge Ranger fan so I wouldn't be able to stomach wearing anything Islander related
I think we'll do the Bouquet toss but not the garter.

Re: Garter Toss
We are going back and fourth about it. We may do the 'anniversary dance' instead which is something we just heard about. All the married couples get onto the dance floor and then couples who have been married the least (the newlyweds) sit first and it narrows it down to who has been married the longest. FH wants to do it for his grandparents because they will definitely been the last ones standing on the dance floor! I thought it was a cute idea and they would really appreciate it!

Re: Garter Toss
07er crashing ...
I surprised DH with 3 different sports themed garters + a something blue one ... for a total of 4 of those things on my leg
It was awesome, and a lot of fun ... even though he's a really shy guy.
We did not do the toss though, only the removal.
Most of our friends are married, and we didn't want to single anyone out ... but we still wanted the fun moment for ourselves ...
Afterwards we did an Anniversary Dance, and my grandparents won and got the 'throw away' bouquet.
i havent put much thought into the toss...but def gonna have the islander garter on too!...im gonna try making mine..haha

We are doing both. I bought the same one but Yankees. You can get it off e-bay if you type in Sports team garter belts (I think)

Re: Garter Toss
I definately want to do both. Majority of our friends are all single and well it just seems like such a tradition. I love the idea of the yankee garter. I am such a huge yankee fan but unfortunately FH is a met's fan(he's got bad taste in sports). We'll have to find a way to compromise.
